Nvidia Sets $4M Bonus Target For CEO

Nvidia adopted a variable compensation plan on March 2, 2026, setting a $4 million target cash bonus for CEO Jensen Huang, a regulatory filing showed. The fiscal 2027 plan ties executive bonuses to achieving specific revenue targets for the year ending January 31, 2027. Nvidia last month beat January-quarter estimates and forecast fiscal Q1 sales of $78 billion, plus or minus 2%.
