Solar Industries Founder Receives Padma Shri Honour

On the eve of Republic Day 2026, Satyanarayan Nuwal, founder and chairman of Solar Industries India Ltd, was conferred the Padma Shri for Trade and Industry. His Solar Defence and Aerospace Ltd (SDAL) produced Nagastra loitering munitions used in Operation Sindoor, supplied boosters for BrahMos, and says its Bhargavastra system fires 60 micro-missiles; SDAL also developed SE-BEX-2 and supplies Pralay and Pinaka components.
