Naukri's JobSpeak report said on March 3, 2026, India's white-collar job market grew 12% year-on-year in February 2026, with the index at 3,233 points, up from 2,890 in February 2025. IT hiring rose over 6% while AI/ML roles surged about 40–49%; freshers' hiring increased 17% and demand for Rs 20 lakh-per-annum roles rose 23%, indicating strength across entry-level and high-value talent segments.
