Waabi Secures $750M To Fund Robotaxis

Toronto-based autonomous vehicle startup Waabi announced this morning that it raised $750 million USD in an all-equity Series C to accelerate its physical AI platform and commercialization. The company said it will use the capital to scale autonomous trucking and enter the robotaxi market through an exclusive deployment partnership with Uber, which could eventually field 25,000 Waabi Driver-powered vehicles; Waabi’s total funding now totals $1.28 billion.
