Modder Adds 18K PBR Textures To GTA 4

Modder xoxor4d has released an add-on for the GTA 4 RTX Remix mod that injects about 18,000 PBR textures, primarily roughness and normal maps and some height maps, into the 2008 game. Using a custom AutoPBR build, textures were dumped at runtime, converted from DX9 formats with Python scripts, and packaged as USDA overwrites. The update noticeably improves visuals for RTX Remix path-traced rendering, though occasional conversion artifacts remain.
