Telecom Companies Embed AI Into Infrastructure

At Nvidia GTC, telecom and infrastructure leaders including AT&T, Cisco, Nvidia, T-Mobile, Nokia and Itron announced efforts to embed AI directly into networks and physical systems to process data at the edge. The initiatives — an AI Grid for running models on telecom networks, 5G cell-tower AI tests, and grid-level intelligence — aim to reduce latency, improve security, and enable real-time applications across industries.
