Atos Sells Advanced Computing Business To France

Atos said it has received a confirmatory offer from the French government to buy Eviden's Advanced Computing unit for €410 million, with earn-outs of €110 million tied to 2025–26 profitability. The deal excludes the higher-margin Vision AI assets, reduces the valuation from a previously mooted €625 million, and is expected to close in 2026, providing liquidity amid Atos's Genesis restructuring.
