Allianz Deploys Anthropic AI Across Insurance

Allianz and Anthropic announced a global partnership on Jan. 9 to integrate Anthropic’s Claude models into Allianz’s insurance operations worldwide. They will add Claude Code and Model Context Protocols to Allianz’s internal AI platform, build custom AI agents for claims and intake automation, and co-develop systems that log decisions, rationales and data sources to ensure traceability and regulatory compliance.
