Pakistan Launches Maktab System For Student Records

Pakistan launched the Maktab system on Monday, an HEC-backed digital platform to record student enrolment, grades, transcripts, and degrees, initially covering 25 public universities. The first phase focuses on BS admissions for about 4,000 students, uses artificial intelligence for secure management, enables e-katchery complaint submission, and complements IBCC's 24-hour online equivalence and verification service.
