Intel introduces its second-generation Core Ultra processors featuring an integrated NPU delivering 48 TOPS and a combined platform delivering 120 TOPS, plus up to ten x86 cores, integrated DRAM and TSMC 3nm efficiency. The platform, presented as exceeding Microsoft Copilot+'s 40 TOPS baseline, targets on-device AI workloads such as real-time inference, video collaboration and enterprise security while preserving battery life and vPro remote management.
