India Joins US Critical Minerals Initiative Meetings

India will likely be represented by electronics and IT minister Ashwini Vaishnaw at a US-hosted meeting of finance ministers on critical minerals on Monday, US Treasury official Scott Bessent said. Delhi will also join the US-led Pax Silica initiative ahead of the Artificial Intelligence Impact Summit in New Delhi on Feb. 19-20, while expanding domestic exploration under the National Critical Mineral Mission.
