Experian Integrates AI Governance Into Credit Systems

Alex Lintner, Experian's CEO of Software and Technology, said in a recent interview that he oversees security, privacy and AI across the company's global data operations, which hold credit and financial records on millions of consumers. He described using AI as a platform capability embedded with governance, explainability and human oversight for risk assessment, predictive modeling and consumer-facing services, stressing fairness and consent.
