More than half of enterprise AI projects were delayed or canceled within the last two years, according to a DDN-commissioned report conducted with Google Cloud and Cognizant surveying 600 US IT and business decision-makers. About two-thirds of respondents said their AI environments are too complex to manage, and 97% expect scaling to require cloud deployments. The findings underscore infrastructure, power and orchestration shortfalls hindering ROI.
