Enterprises Adopt Observability For Agentic AI

The Pulse of Agentic AI 2026 study of 919 global leaders finds enterprises rapidly adopting agentic AI across domains but encountering reliability, security, and visibility gaps. With 72% using agentic AI in ITOps/DevOps, 74% expecting budget increases, and top blockers including security (52%) and monitoring at scale (51%), the report says real-time observability must become the control plane to enable safe, scalable autonomous operations.
