Developer Builds GitTop Using Claude Code

The author built GitTop, a seven-page terminal UI for Git, this weekend using Claude Code, completing the project in 26 commits and about 4,800 lines of Go. It uses Bubble Tea, Lip Gloss and go-git, offering features like a DSL filter, braille charts, heatmaps and branch-aware filters; the open-source project is available at hjr265/gittop on GitHub.
