Billet Labs Builds Cast-Iron Radiator Gaming PC

Billet Labs has finalized a cast-iron radiator gaming PC in an hour-long video by Alex, featuring an RTX 5080 and Ryzen 7 9800X3D. The radiator weighs about 178 pounds empty (218 pounds with coolant), uses a 3D-printed mounting chassis and Alphacool GPU block, and in a 520W hour-long torture test water stayed under 30°C while the RTX 5080 peaked at 75°C. The build demonstrates repurposing heavy radiators for usable long-term machines.
