Alkhaleej Subsidiary Secures SAR 67.5M Contract

Alkhaleej Training and Education Co.’s subsidiary Smart Link signed a SAR 67.50 million contract with the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs – General Bureau to operate phase three of the ministry’s contact center for three years. The project will deploy AI, omnichannel operations, advanced analytics and cloud computing to modernize services and improve beneficiary experience. The company expects positive effects on financial results in 2026–2028.
