Young Workers Fear AI Displacing Jobs

Randstad's Jan. 20 Workmonitor survey of 27,000 workers and 1,225 employers across 35 markets found four in five workers expect AI to affect daily tasks, with Gen Z most concerned and job postings asking for 'AI agent' skills up 1,587%. Nearly half of workers say AI will benefit companies more than employees; 95% of employers forecast growth versus 51% of employees.
