University Vice Chancellor Urges Rural Healthcare Priority

Dr. P. Chandrasekhar, vice chancellor of Dr NTR University of Health Sciences, addressed the 2020 medical graduates at Anantapur Government Medical College on Friday, awarding degrees to about 150 students.
