Trade Finance Industry Advances Inclusion Through Networks

In 2024 industry leaders report that despite strong female representation overall, women remain underrepresented in senior leadership and revenue-generating roles in trade finance. An S&P Global 2024 report found C-suite female representation fell from 12.2% to 11.8%, with men 2.5 times likelier to be executives and 10.2 times likelier to be CEOs across 100 leadership teams.
