Telcos Adopt Agentic AI For Autonomous Networks

Google Cloud announces at Mobile World Congress that it is advancing its Autonomous Network Operations framework into agentic telco solutions by embedding AI agents into network operations. It updates Cloud Spanner Graph and Vertex AI for dynamic, temporal network digital twins, real-time GNN predictions with Spanner ML.PREDICT, and open-sources telco data pipelines while launching two proof-of-value agents with partners including One NZ and Nokia. The moves aim to accelerate Level 4–5 autonomy and reduce manual delays.
