Raspberry Pi Raises Prices On Memory-Rich Models

Raspberry Pi today announced its second price increase in two months, raising prices on all Raspberry Pi 4, 5, 500, 500+, and Compute Module 4/5 models with 2GB or more RAM. Increases range from $10 for 2GB models up to $60 for 16GB models, bringing the Pi 5 16GB from $120 to $205; Raspberry Pi blames soaring LPDDR4 memory costs driven by AI infrastructure demand. The pricing takes effect immediately.
