Philadelphia Bans Smart Glasses In Courtrooms

The First Judicial District of Pennsylvania announced that, beginning next week, all AI-enabled or camera-equipped smart glasses will be banned from Philadelphia courtrooms. The court cited difficulty detecting such devices and risks of juror or witness identification and intimidation, noting similar measures in Hawaii and Wisconsin.
