Palo Alto Warns Enterprise AI Adoption Slows

On Tuesday Palo Alto Networks CEO Nikesh Arora said enterprise adoption of AI lags consumer uptake by two to three years, with coding assistants the primary enterprise AI use today. He confirmed the acquisition of agentic endpoint startup Koi, cited Q2 revenue of $2.6 billion (15% year-over-year) and $16 billion in remaining performance obligations, and predicted Q3 revenue growth around 28 percent.
