OpenAI Plans ChatGPT Device Launch 2026

OpenAI plans to unveil its first ChatGPT-powered devices in the second half of 2026, company chief global affairs officer Chris Lehane said at Davos during the World Economic Forum. The firm indicated "devices" plural could be among its biggest 2026 offerings and will decide sales timing later in the year. Rumors name an audio device codenamed "Sweatpea," reportedly using Samsung Exynos and Foxconn manufacturing.
