NeevCloud Proposes Orbital AI Data Centres

NeevCloud and spacetech startup Agnikul signed a memorandum of understanding in February to deploy AI inference nodes in low-earth orbit (about 300 km). The plan uses extended rocket upper stages, solar power and radiation-hardened inference chips, initially drawing 10–15 kW and scaling toward larger constellations (up to 600 satellites over three years). Companies claim sub-10 ms latency for critical, low-latency inference workloads.
