Microsoft Reorganizes Copilot Teams, Elevates Superintelligence

Microsoft is combining its commercial and consumer Copilot teams and appointing Jacob Andreou as executive vice president of Copilot, the company announced in internal memos this week. Mustafa Suleyman will move to lead a dedicated superintelligence team focused on building frontier models and in-house compute, as Microsoft aims to create coherent Copilot experiences and reduce reliance on OpenAI.
