Meta Signs 10-Year Lease For Fifth Avenue Flagship

Meta has signed a 10-year lease with Vornado Realty Trust for a five-level, 15,000-square-foot Meta Labs flagship at 675 Fifth Avenue in Manhattan. The experiential store, which showcases Reality Labs hardware including Ray-Ban and Oakley AI glasses and VR headsets, drew 1,000–1,500 daily visitors during its pop-up phase and signals Meta's plan to expand with eight to ten additional stores next year.
