LinkedIn told Business Insider it has partnered with adtech firm The Trade Desk to let The Trade Desk's clients layer LinkedIn professional data into connected-TV (CTV) ad buys. The integration, currently in a limited test with a small group of brands, aims to help B2B advertisers reach more than 1 billion professionals on streaming TV; eMarketer forecasts US CTV ad spending will grow 14% to over $37 billion this year.
