Kerala Reports Milk Production Rise Of Ten Lakh

Kerala Animal Husbandry Minister J. Chinchurani said on January 18, 2026 that state milk production has risen by 10 lakh litres and a farmer survey has been launched to measure exact volumes. The state has sanctioned subsidies up to ₹1 lakh per dairy unit and special schemes for plantation and fisheries workers; the Kerala Dairy Expo features about 100 stalls including mechanization, finance, waste management, and AI firm Nithara.
