Kerala Holds Conclave On Child Protection

The Kerala State Commission for Protection of Child Rights will host a three-day conclave on child protection laws in the state capital from February 3–5, inaugurated by Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan. Nearly 350 stakeholders will examine implementation of POCSO, Juvenile Justice Act, RTE and UNCRC, and discuss AI's impact on teaching, digital-era child mental health, inclusive education and eradication of child labour. Policy recommendations will be drafted on day three.
