IT Investment Spurs Visakhapatnam Housing Demand

Visakhapatnam is seeing faster housing absorption and firmer rentals as TCS, Cognizant, Infosys and Accenture announce major IT campus investments, reports The Hindu on January 18, 2026. TCS received 21.16 acres for a ₹1,370-crore campus expected to create up to 12,000 jobs, and Cognizant plans a ₹1,583-crore, 8,000-seat campus; data-centre interest is also boosting enquiries.
