Industry Leaders Urge Workforce Upskilling Amid AI

At the AI Impact Summit 2026 in New Delhi on February 15-16, industry leaders including Sanjeev Bikhchandani, Sateesh Seetharamiah and Vineet Nayar urged employees to upskill as AI reshapes work over the next three to five years. They said AI will both eliminate and create jobs, recommending lifelong learning and mastering multiple AI tools—such as learning three platforms within three months—to stay employable.
