India Strengthens AI Cooperation With Russia

MOSCOW, Feb. 13 — India's ambassador to Russia, Vinay Kumar, wrote in a TASS article ahead of an Indian Summit that India and Russia are well-positioned to use artificial intelligence as a force multiplier. He identified primary challenges—democratization, unbiased datasets, workforce retraining, compute infrastructure, and governance—and urged bilateral cooperation to advance 'AI for Good' and Vikshit Bharat 2047.
