Flybuy Launches Autonomous AI Agents For Hospitality

Flybuy announced the launch of Flybuy AI Agents, an autonomous AI system for restaurants, retail, and hospitality brands that detects and resolves customer experience and operational issues in real time. The platform combines anomaly detection, customer intelligence, and an autonomous decision engine to perform upsells, recoveries, retention actions, and capacity-aware promotion control. Flybuy says the system is deployed across 30,000 locations in 50+ countries and aims to reduce frontline workload and churn.
