Eline Van Der Velden Launches Tillyverse To Build AI Careers

Dutch producer Eline van der Velden announced plans to expand AI character Tilly Norwood into the "Tillyverse" and new AI talent studio Xiocia, with Prime Video's Mark Whelan joining as head of strategy, slated to launch in 2026. The initiative will develop AI characters and bespoke talent for third parties. The move prompted criticism from the Screen Actors Guild over training on performers without consent.
