Dubai Municipality Launches Robotic Villa Challenge

Dubai Municipality has launched a global challenge to build the world’s first residential villa constructed entirely by robotic systems, led by a consortium of more than 25 technology companies and academic institutions. Announced during the activation of 04 ConTech Valley with partners including Zacua Ventures and Würth, the initiative accompanies a Global ConTech Report projecting over $30 billion investment by 2033 and a 70–70 Strategy for 2030.
