Dubai Launches DIFC Zabeel District Expansion

Dubai unveiled the DIFC Zabeel District, a Dhs100bn ($27.23bn) expansion of its financial free zone intended to double the emirate’s financial capacity. The six-phase masterplan covers a 7.1 million square foot site with 17.7 million square feet gross floor area, plans to host 42,000 companies and 125,000 workers, and dedicates over one million square feet to future technologies and an AI Campus by 2040.
