Droplet Biosciences reported that it reduced genomic analysis turnaround for its LymphDetect residual-cancer test by adopting NVIDIA Parabricks GPU-accelerated workflows. Variant calling dropped from up to 36 hours to under three, alignment from nearly ten hours to under one, and overall analysis time fell from ten days to two, enabling clinicians to receive actionable results much sooner.
