Docebo Acquires 365Talents To Manage Skills

Toronto-based Docebo announced Tuesday it acquired French upskilling platform 365Talents for about $54.6 million USD, plus up to $5.1 million in earnouts. 365Talents uses AI agents to detect workforce skill gaps and guide employees toward roles, projects, and development; Docebo will maintain the 365Talents brand while integrating capabilities to manage skills detection, development, and deployment. The deal was funded partly with cash and credit.
