Compa Raises $35 Million For Compensation Platform

Compa raised $35 million in a Series B on Jan. 26 to expand its AI-powered enterprise compensation platform. The platform benchmarks salaries, equity and incentives, surfaces risks, and offers Compa Frontline and a Workday integration to provide real-time, zip-code-level hourly pay data. Compa says it will use the funding to scale the product to more enterprise customers.
