CLI Tool Adds Streaming Directory Scan Output

The CLI tool released a feature update on April 5, 2026, that streams scan results as they are found rather than waiting until completion. It also adds multiple -d/--directory flags, a new -f/--file option, a -v/--verbose mode, and Python API functions scan_directory_iter(), scan_file(), and scan_file_iter().
