British Business Bank Commits £125 Million To Scaleups

The British Business Bank announced recently that it will commit £125 million across IQ Capital Fund V (£50m), Kraken Technologies (£25m), and Epidarex Capital (£50m). The moves target deep technology, energy platforms, and life sciences to support UK scale-ups, university spinouts, and the government's Modern Industrial Strategy. Officials said the funding will mobilize private capital and accelerate commercialization of research across the UK.
