Anthropic Releases Claude Cowork Plugins For Automation

Anthropic PBC rolled out an update to Claude Cowork today that adds custom plugins enabling integrations, sub-agents, and slash commands to automate multistep tasks across files and browsers. The release includes a plugin creation wizard, 10 prebuilt extensions for departmental workflows, and a forthcoming enterprise catalog feature. Anthropic also cited NASA using Claude to halve time generating Perseverance rover driving instructions.
