Andhra Pradesh Proposes Resilient Systems For Growth

Nara Lokesh, Andhra Pradesh's education and IT minister, urged urgent reforms at the World Economic Forum in Davos on Wednesday, calling for resilient systems that balance economic growth, social welfare and sustainability. He highlighted climate risk, supply-chain disruption and rapid AI-driven change, and outlined state initiatives including the P4 public–private–people partnership, multimodal infrastructure and a planned Quantum Innovation District alongside $26 billion in data‑centre investments. These efforts aim to boost inclusive growth and skilling.
