Amazon announced on March 31 that Alexa+ now supports conversational food ordering with Grubhub and Uber Eats, enabling users to browse, customize, and place orders in a single continuous dialogue. The update replaces the prior call-and-response model with an adaptive, task-specific interface that lets users switch items or change quantities mid-conversation, aiming to streamline discovery and ordering.
