X Product Head Predicts Communications Become Unusable

Nikita Bier, product head of Elon Musk's X, warned on Feb. 12, 2026 that within 90 days calls, texts and email services such as iMessage and Gmail could become unusable due to a flood of automated spam. He cited accessible tools like OpenClaw enabling on-device AI agents that lower technical barriers, saying widespread setups could overwhelm existing spam defenses and be hard to stop.
