Wipro Pursues AI Deals Amid Pricing Pressure

Wipro CEO Srini Pallia said at the World Economic Forum in Davos on Jan. 21, 2026 that the company is bidding for both small and large AI projects as clients move from pilots to production. He warned of pricing pressure as AI shortens delivery timelines, said AI-assisted development could cut costs about 25%, and noted Wipro’s $1 billion AI investment plan.
