Wells Fargo Reaches One Billion Fargo Interactions

Wells Fargo said on March 26 that its AI-powered virtual assistant Fargo has processed more than one billion customer transactions less than three years after launch. The bank also reported that its Wells Fargo Mobile app, introduced in 2023, surpassed 33 million active users in February, which executives said supports faster, personalized banking. Management noted digital account openings helped drive checking-account growth in 2025.
