Volvo Debuts EX60 With 800-Volt Architecture

Volvo officially debuts the EX60 crossover EV today, unveiling a new SPA3 platform, 800-volt fast-charging architecture, and an estimated maximum range of 400 miles across P6, P10, and P12 powertrains. Built around the HuginCore compute stack with Google’s Gemini assistant, megacasting, structural battery design, and a global 10-year/240,000 km battery warranty, production begins April 2026 for P6/P10.
